Healthcare Practice Websites
A practice website that patients trust and can book from.
We build websites for dental offices, medical clinics, chiropractors, physical therapists, and med spas that help new patients choose you, book online, and arrive with paperwork already done.
Built for practices
Fewer phone calls, more booked visits.
- Online appointment requests or direct booking with your scheduling software.
- Patient intake forms handled with secure, HIPAA-appropriate tools.
- Provider bios and photos that help patients feel comfortable before the first visit.
- Accessible design that works with screen readers and for older patients.
What new patients look for before booking
Choosing a dentist or doctor is a personal decision. Patients compare several practices online before they call.
What a practice website needs
Healthcare websites have extra responsibilities: protecting patient information, being accessible, and explaining treatments clearly without overpromising.
Online booking
Connect your existing scheduling or practice management tool, or use a simple appointment request form.
Secure patient forms
Intake and medical history forms collected through HIPAA-appropriate form tools, not regular contact forms or email.
Provider pages
A page for each doctor or provider with credentials, specialties, and a friendly photo.
Treatment pages
Clear pages for each service — implants, Invisalign, physical therapy, Botox — that answer patient questions.
Accessibility
Readable fonts, good color contrast, keyboard navigation, and alt text, following WCAG guidelines.
Local search setup
Structure and Google Business Profile alignment so patients nearby can find each location.
Patient privacy on your website
A standard website contact form usually sends information by regular email, which is not appropriate for health details. If your website collects medical history, symptoms, or insurance information, it should use a form provider that offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and encrypted storage.
We set up patient forms with appropriate tools and keep the general contact form limited to non-medical questions. We also review tracking scripts, since some analytics and advertising pixels should not run on pages where patients enter health information.
We are a web and IT provider, not a law firm. For your practice's full compliance obligations, check with your compliance advisor.
Treatment pages help you attract the patients you want
If your practice wants more implant, orthodontic, or cosmetic cases, each of those treatments needs its own page. Patients search for specific treatments, and a dedicated page that explains the procedure, recovery, and costs is much more likely to appear in results than a single list of services.
Multiple locations
For practices with more than one office, each location gets its own page with its address, hours, providers, and map, and links to the matching Google Business Profile. This helps patients find the closest office and helps each location rank in its own area.

FAQ
Common questions
How much does a dental or medical practice website cost?
Our custom websites start at $1,200. The final price depends on the number of pages, features, and integrations you need, and we give you a written quote before any work begins. Ongoing website maintenance starts at $250 per month.
Is my website required to be HIPAA compliant?
A website that only shows information does not handle patient data. Once it collects health information through forms or booking, those tools need to be handled appropriately, typically with a vendor that signs a BAA. We set those parts up with suitable tools.
Can you connect online booking to our practice software?
Many practice management and scheduling systems offer online booking widgets or links. We integrate the one you use, or add an appointment request form if your system does not support online booking.
What types of practices do you work with?
Dental offices, orthodontists, medical clinics, chiropractors, physical therapists, optometrists, med spas, and mental health practices.
Can patients pay their bills on the website?
Yes. We can link to your existing patient payment portal or add a secure payment option from your payment processor.
