Contractor & Home Service Websites
A contractor website built to make the phone ring.
Homeowners usually call one of the first two or three contractors they find. We build websites for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, remodeling, and landscaping companies that make you the one they call.
Built for the trades
More calls, fewer tire-kickers.
- Tap-to-call buttons visible on every page, on every phone.
- A separate page for each service you want to be found for.
- Service-area content for the cities you actually work in.
- Project photos and reviews that prove you do quality work.
What homeowners check before calling a contractor
Homeowners are inviting you into their house and trusting you with an expensive job. Your website has a few seconds to answer their questions.
Features contractor websites need
A good-looking homepage is not enough. These are the parts that turn a search into a booked job.
Click-to-call everywhere
A sticky call button on mobile and your phone number in the header. Most home service leads arrive by phone.
One page per service
'Water heater replacement' and 'drain cleaning' are different searches. Separate pages let you rank for each one.
Service-area pages done right
Real local content for your main cities — not hundreds of copy-paste pages that Google ignores.
Project galleries
Before-and-after photos from real jobs, organized by service, so visitors see the quality of your work.
Reviews & trust signals
Google reviews, license numbers, insurance, warranties, and years in business placed where they build confidence.
Short quote forms
Quick forms that ask for just enough to call back, with optional photo upload so you can quote faster.
Why most contractor websites do not produce leads
Many contractor websites are a single page listing every service in one paragraph. When someone searches for 'tankless water heater installation', Google looks for a page that is clearly about that job. If you do not have one, a competitor's page shows up instead.
The other common problem is that the site works on a desktop but not on a phone. Someone with a leaking pipe is not going to zoom in to find your phone number.
Your website and your Google Business Profile work together
For local contractors, the Google map results bring in a large share of calls. Your website supports those rankings: it confirms your services, service area, and contact details, and gives Google more reasons to show you.
We make sure your business name, address, and phone number match everywhere and connect your website to your Google Business Profile. For ongoing help with rankings, see our local SEO service.
Track which jobs come from the website
We set up form notifications and analytics so you can see how many calls and quote requests the website produces. That makes it easier to decide where to spend on advertising, and which services to promote.

FAQ
Common questions
How much does a contractor website cost?
Our custom websites start at $1,200. The final price depends on the number of pages, features, and integrations you need, and we give you a written quote before any work begins. Ongoing website maintenance starts at $250 per month.
What types of contractors do you build websites for?
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, general contractors, remodelers, painters, landscapers, pool service, pest control, cleaning companies, and other home service businesses.
Should I have a separate page for each city I serve?
Only for the main cities where you want more work, and only if each page has genuinely useful local content. Copying the same page and swapping the city name tends to get ignored by Google. We build a small number of strong service-area pages instead.
Can customers book or request a quote online?
Yes. We can add quote request forms with photo upload, or connect online booking from tools such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan if you already use them.
I don't have good photos. Is that a problem?
Phone photos from real jobs work well, and they build more trust than stock images. We will tell you what to shoot and edit them for the site.
