Copier Rental
Rent an office copier without a five-year lease.
Need a copier for a project, a temporary office, a busy season, or while you decide on a long-term machine? We rent business-class multifunction copiers to Orange County businesses and set them up to print and scan on your network.
Short-term copiers
Printing, copying, and scanning on day one.
- Business-class multifunction copiers, not desktop printers.
- Canon, Sharp, Kyocera, and HP equipment.
- Network printing and scan-to-email set up for you.
- Local support if something goes wrong during the rental.
When renting a copier makes more sense than leasing
A lease is built for long-term use. A rental is better when you need a capable machine for a limited time.
What a copier rental includes
A rental should work like a copier you own: printing from every computer, scanning to email, and someone to call if there is a problem.
Delivery & pickup
We bring the copier to your office and collect it at the end of the rental, so you do not have to move heavy equipment.
Network printing setup
We connect the copier to your network and set up printing on the computers that need it.
Scan-to-email & folders
Scanning to email or to a shared folder is configured and tested before we leave.
Service during the rental
If the copier jams, shows an error, or prints poorly, call us. We support the machines we rent.
Flexible rental length
Rent for a short project or several months. Tell us your dates and we will confirm what is available.
Sized to your workload
Black-and-white or color, desktop-size or floor-standing, with finishing options when you need them.
Copier rental vs. lease vs. buying
Leasing usually means a multi-year agreement with a lower monthly cost. Buying makes sense when you keep equipment for many years and want to own it. Renting costs more per month than a lease but has a short commitment, so you can return the machine when the need ends.
If you expect to need a copier for more than about a year, compare a lease as well. Our copier lease guide explains what to look for in a lease agreement.
What to have ready before you rent
Tell us your approximate monthly print volume, whether you need color, the paper sizes you use, and whether you need stapling or other finishing. Let us know how the copier will connect: to an office network, a single computer, or a temporary site connection.
If you want scan-to-email, have the email account or Microsoft 365 details available, or put us in touch with whoever manages your email.
Temporary offices and job sites
Project offices often have limited internet and no IT staff. We can set up the copier for a small local network, help with temporary WiFi, and make sure everyone on site can print and scan.
